We will keep your personal information confidential and not disclose it to another party, except to the extent that it is necessary to disclose it by law, or to comply with a regulatory or legal process, or where we need to disclose the information to provide a product or service that you have requested. We will always advise you before this happens.

Marketing
if you have given us your contact details, we will respect this by not sending you any marketing material through mail, telephone, fax or email, unless you agree to receiving such material.
Other information
You should also be aware that communications over the internet, such as e-mails, are not secure unless they have been encrypted. Your communications may route through a number of countries before being delivered - this is the nature of the internet. Smart Claim cannot accept responsibility for any unauthorised access or loss of personal information that is beyond our control.
